I loved that my room was just a block from City Market and about a 10-minute walk to the riverfront, so I could easily stroll through Savannah's historic district and enjoy the amazing atmosphere. the staff made my experience even more special with their incredible friendliness and tips for local spots.

Staying at Holiday Inn in Savannah offered a delightful experience. The staff's warmth and helpfulness enhanced our visit. Location suited my exploration style perfectly. However, I did face a small hiccup with valet service. Overall, a memorable stay!

My kids wished for a more spacious area for play. It would be great if the hotel added a kid-friendly lounge.

We stayed for 3 nights in a standard queen room. The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to River St The room was clean and quiet, but the towels had a weird sour smell, which was a bummer. The staff was friendly, and you can't beat the cozy bar area for a drink. Just be ready for the pricey parking!

The location is excellent, close to the historic district and within walking distance to various attractions. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. I appreciated having a good variety of food options for breakfast, and Lady Ayana provided warm, friendly service every morning. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for renovations, which was disappointing since I had specifically chosen this hotel for that feature. I also had an uncomfortable experience with housekeeping, where they knocked repeatedly even though the privacy sign was out. It felt like an invasion of privacy, and it made my stay less relaxing. I wish the staff had been more attentive during peak times as there seemed to be inefficiencies that could be fixed. While the stay had its highlights, those significant issues impacted my overall experience.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped print important documents, which I greatly appreciated. Vickie's kindness really stood out, too! I can't wait to return!

This place radiates charm with its historic decor and fabulous Rooftop pool offering stunning views of the city. Breakfast with Lady Ayana was a delight. her vibrant energy made waking up a joy, and the grits were out of this world! Plus, the location was perfect, just a short stroll to River Street, which truly made exploring a breeze.

staying at holiday inn was great because the location was excellent. we were able to walk everywhere easily, and nothing was more than a 15-minute walk. the room itself was clean and of decent size, which was perfect since my husband and i mainly needed it for sleeping. plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
